We do not offer local pick-up. All orders must be placed online via our website, and will ship to you directly from our warehouse.

All orders are processed and shipped within one or two business days after the order was receive.
Is MPreview a reliable company?
We take great pride in our service and product quality and selection. All of our inventory is new, original and acquire from authorize distributors or retailers. If you ever experience a complication or have any questions about ordering, please call us and we will be more than happy to assist you!
Does MPreview offer price match from other websites or retail stores?
We do not offer price matching. We consistently work to maintain competitive pricing, as well as great service, support, selection, reliability, and overall experience.

We assure you that all of our vendors are reputable and we purchase officially licensed, authentic toys and collectibles.
Why the product picture on your website does not look exactly like the item I received?
When a manufacturer lists their product, they may list a form or prototype that can appear different from the final product. We will do our best to provide our customers with the most current product images that most closely represents the item offered on our website.

If an item has sold out, will MPreview get more?
If an item has sold out but is still in production and readily available from our vendors we certainly try to re-order more. If an item has sold out and is discontinued it is not likely to be restocked again.

Does MPreview charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders $30 or more. Any order under $30 will pay $3.99 for shipping.
What shipping services does MPreview uses?
Most orders will be ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Does MPreview provides tracking number?
Yes! All of our orders will be ship with a tracking number to track the status of your package.
My tracking number has not updated every day, is something wrong?
No. It is common to see delays in what the tracking systems report. If you do not see daily updates, it is likely that your package is still progressing towards the delivery address.
Why my tracking number is not valid?
After your order is processed for shipment, the courier needs to receive your package(s) and start the delivery process before tracking can be monitored. If you are not able to track your shipment after 48 hours please contact Customer Service.
